I have nearly 10 years’ experience in specialist property finance. With a background as a solicitor, I bring a strong client focus and enjoy applying my problem-solving and analytical skills to deliver tailored solutions that meet my clients’ priorities.
My expertise spans all areas of property finance, including residential, buy-to-let, development, and bridging. I have a particular interest in complex income structures, expat finance, and commercial mortgages including SIPP and SSAS based lending.
I focus on identifying key issues quickly, explaining options clearly, and negotiating effectively on behalf of my clients. My aim is always to provide straightforward, actionable advice with efficiency and precision, helping clients secure the most suitable funding for their goals in today’s complex lending market.
